Hogarth’s private life is in tatters. Someone is after him, and he thinks he knows who it might be. If Hogarth is right, things can only get worse. Far, far worse.
But just as Hogarth tries to come to make the best of a bad hand, an internationally famous author dies close to his home – and it’s up to Hogarth to work out whether the man was murdered or committed suicide, while the whole world watches on.
Hogarth dare not show any sign of weakness.
Not to the press.
Not to his superiors.
Or to the men who are trying to end his life.
