To update The Devil Inside (or any other book on your Kindle) to the latest version, first go to your Amazon home page, then:

1. Go to the drop down menu beneath your account name.  Beneath your own name, it will be headed ‘Accounts and Lists.’ 

2. From the drop-down menu click on ‘Manage Your Content and Devices.’ 

3. This will bring up a list of all your current Kindle books. The book you need to update – The Devil Inside – should be near the top of the list. It should say ‘Update Available’  underneath the book title in that list. This text will appear as a blue clickable link. Click the blue link and Voila – your book has now been updated.

Now you’re free to enjoy your book without the error 🙂
